Return & Exchange Policy

At Trophy Beauty Dollhouse, customer satisfaction is our priority. Due to the nature of our products, all bundles, ready-to-ship wigs, and custom wigs are final sale.

We only offer exchanges under specific conditions outlined below.

Exchanges

We accept exchanges within 10 days of delivery if the item meets the following requirements:

  • Item must be unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • Lace must be uncut and unaltered
  • Item must be returned in original packaging with tags attached
  • Proof of purchase is required

⚠️ Any item that has been altered in any way (including cutting lace, coloring, installing, or styling) will NOT be eligible for exchange.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at trophybeautydollhouse@gmail.com with photos and your order number so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Return Process

  • Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return packages
  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you if your exchange is approved

If approved, your replacement item will be processed within our standard processing time.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Sale items
  • Gift cards

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in cases where:

  • The item is confirmed defective
  • Or we are unable to fulfill an approved exchange

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
