All natural color units require 5-8 business days for processing. Shipping takes 3–5 business days for standard delivery or 1–3 business days for express delivery.

 

All custom units require 7-14 business days for processing. Shipping takes 3–5 business days for standard delivery or 1–3 business days for express delivery.

All other products are ready to ship and require 3–5 business days for standard delivery or 1–3 business days for express delivery.

Shipping Liability Disclaimer

Once your order has been shipped and marked as delivered by the carrier, Trophy Beauty Dollhouse is no longer responsible for lost, stolen, or missing packages.

Customers are responsible for:

• Ensuring the correct shipping address is entered at checkout

• Providing a secure delivery location

• Monitoring tracking updates once the order has shipped

If your package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, you must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim
